Bob Keeley took over the Ronstan moulds and made some improvements.  He has a selection of stock.  He has a mast head unit cost $49.91 incl GST Approx. Prices change.  He is part time so needs a call before anyone visits.  A very helpful gentleman.

 

Footnote on rigging, do you know that if your standard rigging is over six      years it may not be covered under your insurance policy.  Apparently there is no test available for stainless steel rigging as it deteriorates from the inside out.

Right near the Clifton Hill railway station.  Can do marine grade stainless steel, but that may be to order.  Otherwise anything: cut bend etc.  Very obliging chap, but watch for the big guard dog.  Check in at the roller door and someone will come over.

Drops his boat in at the Tyrone ramp near Rye so knows the bay.  Again most helpful and encouraging.  Has information on a new antenna for fiberglass boats (Folding type).  His comments do not tape up a whip antenna – it kills the signal and traps moisture will finish the job.
